As discussed at our September meeting, we will be having our October meeting this Saturday October 14. We will meet at the Golden Corral restaurant in Cumming for breakfast at 08:30am. From there we will ride over to Sugar Hill Church in Sugar Hill, GA for the hometown heroes and hotrods car and bike show. The car and bike show is put on by First Responders Family Foundation which is a non-profit organization that offers assistance and support to the families of fallen officers and soldiers. This organization is run by Jesse Myers, a longtime member of the Gwinnett County Police Department Motorcycle Unit. The car show lasts from 10:00am until 3:00pm with food trucks, music, fellowship, many great vendors, and lots of really nice raffle prizes!
Currently, the weather for Saturday looks decent. Partly cloudy and a high of 75(Of course that is subject to change at any time…welcome to GA!) I will put the addresses to each location below for anyone who needs them. I will also be sending out a follow up email with a recap of our September meeting, Christmas party info, and a few ride ideas for the fall season later this week.
